DORSEY & MULLIS; Fancey Groceries; Nos. 1348-1350 Capitol Avenue. North, corner Eighteenth Street.- One of the most enterprising and popular grocery emporiums in the northwest section of the city is that of Messrs. Dorsey & Mullis, whose well equiped store is eligibly situated at Nos 1348-1350 Capitol Avenue, north corner of eighteenth street. This establishment was the first opened some five years ago by Mr Frank F. Suter, and in November of 1895, he was succeeded by the present proprietors, Messrs, A. E. Dorsey and R. T. Mullis, both young and intergetic business men of through experience. Mr. Dorsey having been connected with the grocery trade twenty one years, his partner about two years. Mr. Mullis had a store at the corner of Senate Avenue and North Street, before intering into the present copartnership. He is a native of Johnson County, had resided in this city for 10 years, is a member of the order of Odd Fellows, and is well known. Mr. Dorsey was born in Marion County Indiana and was raised in Indianapolis, and enjoys a large acquaintance in business and social circles. The premises occupied by the firm are spacious and well arranged, being fitted up in the most attractive manner. The stock carried is large, and embraces a full and complete assortment of fancy and staple groceries, teas, coffees, spices, canned goods, fruits, meats, vegetables and provisions, flou, feed and grain. The firm deal in the best goods only, and buyers are aware that supplies purchased by them can invariably be relied upon in every particular. Their facilities for transacting business are of an unusally complete character, enabling them to offer special advantages to consumers, and to execute all orders at shortist notice.
