Dorothy Faye Price Evans 72, of Demopolis, passed away Sept 5,2015, at Druid City Hospital. Services will be 2 p.m. at Fairhaven Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Stevens and Rev. Allen Atkins officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Ms. Evans was born Sept. 3, 1943, in Mobile, AL, to James Boyd and Nellie Elizabeth Babb Price.
She was preceded by her parents, James Boyd and Nellie Elizabeth Babb Price; sister, Nellie Jo Price Cole.
Ms. Evans is survived by her husband, Keith Evans of Demopolis; daughters, Kelli Marlow (Rhett) of Cumming, GA and Kristi Holman (Skibo) of Demopolis; grandchildren, Parker Marlow, Payton Marlow, Josie Holman and Ellie Holman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons of Fairhaven Baptist Church and Ladies 4 Bible Study Class of Fairhaven Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West Alabama Christian, Amen Ministries and Eric and Amanda Sanford.
