She is survived by her father, Paul Wyman Baldwin of Orangeburg and her mother, Anne Walters Baldwin of Clemson, SC.

She always knew from a very early age that she wanted to be a Veterinarian due to her love of horses. She was very unselfish, always thinking of others before herself. She graduated from Clemson University and UGA in Athens, GA. She served 3 years in the U. S. Army Veterinary Corps working on Calvary Horses and Border Patrol Dogs in Arizona. She worked all over the United States including working with the Kentucky Derby Horses and the Canadian Olympic Horses. She was employed at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Saratoga, New York State.

She died Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Oconee Hospice of the Foothills Cottingham House in Seneca, SC.

A memorial service was held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with Rev. Henry Cooper officiating. The family received friends after the memorial service at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.

Memorials are suggested to be made to The Cottingham House, Oconee Hospice of the Foothills, 390 Keowee School Road, Seneca, SC 29672 or to a charity of one's choice.
