SSG Paul R. Anderson (Ret), age 75, of Augusta, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents: Harold Anderson and Beatrice Elliott; and brother: Roger Anderson.
Paul served in the U. S. Army and retired as a Staff Sergeant. He later worked and retired from the Richmond County Department of Roads and Bridges.
Paul is survived by his wife: Sherry C. Anderson, Augusta; brothers: Alan Anderson of Springfield, MA, Donald Anderson of Chicopee, MA and Wayne Anderson of FL; sister: Rose Marie Fraone of Walpole, MA;
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 12 PM at Arlington Burial & Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul’s honor to Disabled American Veterans, 950 15th Street, Augusta, GA 30901.
