Daniel Boucher was born 1606/1610, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Egland.

The "new" members of the House of Burgess who represented the county in 1653/54 were Daniel Boucher, Capt. John Bond and Francis Hobbs.

He left a legacy in his will to William and Mary Hunt, children of William Hunt (Sr.), Isle of Wight and Charles City Cos., Virginia and including Robert Boucher and Hodges Council of Virginia. His will was dated December 04, 1667 and probated May 01, 1668.

DANIEL BOUCHER dated his will 4 Dec. 1667 and it was recorded in IOW Co. 1 May 1668. Among other bequeaths he left items to "WILLIAM HUNTT, son of WILLIAM HUNTT", and to "MARY HUNTT, daughter of WILLIAM HUNTT", - each a "cow: calf," Also, without naming them, he left the residue of his estate to the "grandchildren of my deceased wife, ELIZABETH." (There.were 6 or 7 children listed with specific bequeaths in his will. Were these the grandchildren?) He died 11 March 1667/8.

Husband of Elizabeth (Doyle) Boucher, born ca. 1636, England or Isle of Wight Co., VA and Isle of Wight Co., VA. Daughter of John (ca. 1600, Gravesend, Kent, England-1650, Isle of Wight Co., VA) and Elizabeth (Doyle) Vasser (ca. 1603, Gravesend, Kent England-aft. 1650), Isle of Wight Co., VA and married 1634, Gravesend, Kent England.

Their daughter, Elizabeth Boucher (m. George Williams, Sr.)

NOTE:

Hodges Council, 1643-1699 (#5222312) buried in the Council Family Cemetery, Isle of Wight Co., VA in an "un-marked grave." He married Lucy Hardy (#74219268).
