NOTE: NYPD Officer Juan Feliciano, 44, was transporting bikes to a department facility in Brooklyn on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 around 10 AM when he collapsed at Floyd Bennett Field. He was pronounced dead at Lutheran Medical Center after attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. He was a 21 year veteran of the New York Police Department and was assigned to the 28th Precinct.
