Nathaniel Eastman was the husband of Elizabeth Hudson Eastman. They married on 28 Feb 1671 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. They may have been the parents of Sarah Eastman who married Nathaniel Ambrose. His exact burial location is unknown. He may be buried at the historic old Salisbury Colonial Burying Ground cemetery in Essex County.

Salem Witch Trials connection: A Nathaniel and Elizabeth Eastman signed a petition on 22 July 1692 concerning a Mary Bradbury, accused of witchcraft. The petition appears to be one of neighbors in support of Mary Bradbury's innocence, and reads as follows:

"Concerning m's Bradburies life & conversation- Wee the Subscribers doe testifie; that it was such as became the gospel shee was a lover of the ministrie in all appearance & a dilligent, attender upon gods holy ordinances, being of a curteous, & peace-able disposition & cariag: neither did any of us (some of whom have lived in the town w'th her above fifty yeare) ever heare or know that shee ever had any difference or falling oute w'th any of her neigh-bors man woman or childe-but was allways, readie & willing to doe for them w't laye in her power night & day, though w'th hazard of her health: or other danger: more might be spoken in her comendacon but this for the pr'sent "
