Emily Elizabeth LaBounty, age 10 months, of Calhoun Falls, SC, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
She was born September 30, 2011 in Greenwood, SC, to Melody Christine LaBounty of Calhoun Falls and James Irwin of Troy, SC.
Left to cherish her memory, in addition to her parents, are her brother, Donavan; sisters, Lilianna, Celeste, Isabelle and Rebecca; maternal grandparents, Craig and Jo Dee Moss of Calhoun Falls; paternal grandparents, Marlene Mobley and Henry Turnage, both of Troy, SC.
A private graveside service will be held.
Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life to be held in Emily's memory at 6 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Calhoun Falls State Park under the shelter. Food will be served. All children are welcome to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Emily Elizabeth LaBounty Foundation for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Greenville Memorial Hospital. Funds will be used to assist families of children who are patients in the unit. Memorials may be made at Bank of America.
