Mrs. Theodore Miller was fatally burned in the yard at her home, 729 Berwick St., yesterday afternoon. The accident happened at 3:30 o'clock and the unfortunate woman lingered in agony until 11:30 o'clock last night when she died at the hospital.

The deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kohler of the South Side. Mrs. Miller was about 55 years old and a member of the South Presbyterian Church.
