Mrs. Eliza Foose, 88 years old, died at 9:15 this morning at the home of her son, Charles Foose, of 1106 Berwick St. Mrs. Foose was a native of Allentown.

In the 1860 Census
John and Elisa Fuss are residing in Franklin Township PA, Carbon Co. with three children; Charles, John, Francis J.
Three others are also in the household: Joseph Werstler, George Lauer, and his son George Lauer. (The two *Lauers are supposed to be relatives of Eliza's.)
In the 1880 Census
John and Eliza Fuss are residing in Lower Towanmenseng Twp. PA, Carbon Co.
In the 1900 Census
Eliza A. Fuss is residing in Weissport Boro PA, Carbon Co. with Sevarin Weber. She is listed as widowed.
Therefore the conclusion is that John Fuss, her husband, died sometime between 1880-1900 in Carbon Co.
