Laid to rest on Feb. 5, 1987, Grandma Bryson was born when OK. was still Indian Territory. She saw so many changes to her home state. She was proud to be a 'Sooner'.
She was the first born child of Edward Joseph Bryson and Mary Lillian Courtney. Her siblings were, Leslie, Florence, Clifford, Abbie, Lewis and Doris. Oh! My! How she loved them all.
Grandma Bryson had 3 daughters, Naon, Margie and Marguerite. She also had 4 treasured grandchildren and a multitude of Great grandchildren. At her passing she had at least 5 great great grandchildren.
This wonderful lady loved working on ceramics and crafts. A Christmas gift from her was treasured.
Grandma especially loved Chinese food and going to Reno. Even though she was my husband's Grandma, she and I formed an instant bond. My best memory of her is her laughter. It was such a happy sound.
I alone had the honor of staying by her bedside until she passed peacefully on to her beloved Mama, husband and Lord.
She is forever missed and loved. I wish I could put into words how truly wonderful she was.
