Monica Lynn Conard Griffin, 43, was granted her angel wings on Friday, September 7, 2012. She was born July 15, 1969 in Waynesville, NC. Monica had resided in Jacksonville since 1974. She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 1987 then continued her education at Concorde Career Institute where she studied medical coding & billing.

Monica worked for Jacksonville Pediatric Associates for 11 years & then went on to Baptist Primary Care where she worked until her death. She loved working in patient care helping others. Monica enjoyed walks on the beach, exercising, taking lots of photos & playing with her grandson.

Survivors include her three children, Brittany Cox (Allen), Jonathan Conard & Dylan Griffin; Mother & Father, Wanda Guy & William Conard; two sisters, Angela Young & Penny Smith (Wesley); two brothers, Steve & Kirk Conard (Shannon), many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. Monica most enjoyed caring for her children & spending time with the apple of her eye, her only grandchild, Noah Cox.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at 1pm at Fort Caroline Christian Church, 7535 Ft. Caroline Road, with Rev. Jim Bird officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church beginning at 11am.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, Jacksonville, 714-1110.

Robert Robbie Frederick Griffin, 43, left this world of sorrow and pain on Thursday, September 6, 2012. He was born December 26, 1968 in Jacksonville, FL. Robbie attended Andrew Jackson High School through 1986 where he went on to be a journeyman electrician, at the time of his death he worked for Marco Electrical Contractors.

He enjoyed golfing, walking on the beach, and football. Robbie was an avid Florida Gator and Dallas Cowboy fan.

Survivors include his three children, Dylan Griffin, Jonathan Conard, and Brittany Cox (Allen); Parents, Bobby & Dianne Griffin; brother, Scott Griffin; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Robbie greatly enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his only grandchild, Noah Cox.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at 1pm at Fort Caroline Christian Church, 7535 Ft. Caroline Road, with Rev. Jim Bird officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church beginning at 11am.
