Larry Darnell Perry age 57 formally of Jacksonville, FL, died Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. He was born March 24, 1955 in Edgecombe County to the late David Higgs and Ella Parker. Larry served for many years in the U.S Army. He leaves to cherish his memories his son Alexander Perry of Jacksonville, FL, two brothers; Curtis Perry of Tarboro, NC and Tony Perry of Hinesville, GA, three sisters; Barbara Spencer of New York, NY, Mary Robinson of Philadelphia, PA, Janet Perry George of Raleigh, NC and fianc e Daphne Floyd of Rocky Mount, NC. Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM Saturday, September 22, 2012 at St. Stephens Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robert Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens , Tarboro, NC. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 2:00-8:00PM at Hemby Willoughby Mortuary Chapel Tarboro, NC. Services are entrusted to Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Inc. of Tarboro, North Carolina
