Survived by husband, Theodore (Ted) Cantrell of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Mary Cantrell; two sisters, Lillie Ellen Woodward and Laverne Elaine Radcliff.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Tulsa, OK with Rev. Vern Wilkinson officiating. Arrangements by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. (Tulsa World)
