She was born March 26, 1937 in Woodsboro, Texas to William Arthur Glendinning and Mary Virginia Herod Glendinning. Helen married James Harold Bailey on November 29, 1958 in Durant, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on November 16, 2016. She was a very active member of Lewisville Bible Church.
Helen in survived by her daughters, Carrie Bailey Gandy and husband Steve, Kellie Jo Bailey Pennington and husband Scott; grandchildren, Karrie Kalinda Wheeler and James Gordon Zeller; great-grandchildren, Abigail Grace Cantu and Westin Edward Brooks, brother John Glendinning and numerous cousins and friends.
