Kenneth William Andrew was born December 8th, 1894, near Spring Hill, Iowa, and passed to his heavenly home October 17, 1914, at the Methodist hospital, Des Moines, Iowa. His age being nineteen years, ten months and nine days.
When he was eight years old he gave his heart to God and became a member of the Methodist church, Spring Hill, Iowa. Since that time he has been active in all the departments of church work.
Kenneth graduated at the Indianola high school in June 1913. It was his ambition to continue his education by entering college.
While in high school he was deeply interested and took an active part in the Young Men's Christian association.
His mind was clear until the last, and he gave his loved ones the assurance that all was well and he was going to his heavenly home.
Services were conducted by Rev. I. N. Woodward, the pastor, in the Spring Hill Methodist church and interment was made in the Webb cemetery.

Kenneth Andrew of Spring Hill died in the hospital in Des MOines following an operation. Kenneth graduated from the Indianola High School in 1913, and had many warm friends here who were made sad by the news of his death as but few knew of his illness. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Andrew and was a good clean boy loved by all. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon and the body laid to rest in the Spring Hill cemetery. A number of his school friends attended the funeral.
