Barbara Ann Beckwith Haddon

Mrs. Barbara Ann Beckwith Haddon, 51, of Carrollton, died of heart failure and diabetes March 2, 2001 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. She was a homemaker.

Born in Arkansas, she was a former employee of Trustmark Bank in Greenwood and worked for the State of Mississippi in Human Resources. She also worked for the U. S. Census Bureau and served on the Greenwood Election Commission for several years. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church is Teoc.

Funeral services were held March 4 at Williams & Lord Chapel in Greenwood. Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton with Rev. Gary Tanner officiating.

Mrs. Haddon is survived by her husband, Mr. David Park Haddon, Sr.; her mother, Mrs. Laverne Faulk, both of Carrollton; one son, Park Haddon; one grandson, Trey Haddon, both of Dyersburg, Tenn; one sister, Susan Murphy of El Dorado, Ark.; one brother, Jerry Beckwith of Memphis, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Chris Elmore, Bobby Haddon, Johnny Haddon, Michael Haddon, Dennis Haddon, and Gary Bennett.

Williams & Lord Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
