Mr. Haddon, 66, died Tuesday April 22, 2008,a t his residence near Carrollton of a stroke. Retired from Viking Range Company, he was born in Greenwood and resided in Greenwood and Carroll County all his life. He was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and was a director of the Carroll County Council of Conservative Citizens where he serves as co-chairman of the Carroll County Cooking Team. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Beckwith Haddon, his brother Charles Robert Haddon; and his parents J.W. Haddon and Lucille Bennett Haddon.
He is survived by his son, David Park Haddon, Jr. and two grandchildren.
