Surviving are wife, Mrs. Linda Garner Alexander; daughters, Teresa Groce of Asheboro, Mrs. Tammy Allison of Clinton; son, John Alexander of the home; sisters, Mrs. Flossie Wilson of Bennett, Mrs. Ann Bailey, Mrs. Helen Pearman, Mrs. Edith Kersey, Mrs. Billie Jean Albright, all of Greensboro, Peggy Hansen of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two grandchildren.
