David (Chase) Ciasca was born on May 4, 1918. He was part owner of Fleet Services Incorporated in New York city for many years. His partner was Robert Sarnoff. When he retired he moved to Vero Beach, Florida. He died on Septermber 23, 2004 in Vero Beach at the age of 86.
