Oralean Lena Robinson was born in Boley, Oklahoma, first born to Charlie and Mae Stella Moss. She and her parents moved to Los Angeles, California in 1923 were she attended school. At the age of 20 she married Walter D. Robinson to whom she was a devoted loving wife for 48 years. To this union five children were born. After raising her family , she ventured into the work force, until her husband became very ill and she returned home to take care of him.
