Funeral services will be held at 11a.m. Saturday, March 31, at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Guilford Memorial Park with full military honors by the Pope Air Force Base Honor Guard.
Mr. Bolejack was born February 23, 1926, in Barada, Nebraska to the late Harold Francis and Lillie Simpson Bolejack . He retired after 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, achieving rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He received many decorations, including the Soldier's Medal and Bronze Star. He was a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Duane Bolejack .
Survivors include his wife, Colleen Kincanon Bolejack ; children, Nikki Baird and husband, Gary of Clermont, Florida, Nancy Ochoa of Whitsett, Kevin Bolejack and wife, Jillene of Salinas, California, Karla Carpenter and husband, David of Pleasant Garden, and Brian Bolejack and wife, Tracy of Oak Ridge; grandchildren, Brandon Baird, Shannon Robinette, Gregory Ochoa, Heather Crews, Holly Ochoa, Andrea Bolejack , Kyle Jean Bolejack , Elizabeth Bolejack , Andrew Carpenter and Taylor Bolejack ; great-grandchildren, Madison Bolejack , Kevin Patrick Bolejack , Kyle Niedens, Austin Ochoa, Alex Ochoa, Brodie Jean Fisher, twins, Carson and Kaley Robinette.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. tonight at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street. A Rosary service will be held at 8 p.m.
