of W. Sorrell Hill Road, Baldwinsville, died Wednesday in the Syracuse Home, Baldwinsville. Born June 29, 1925, she was the daughter of Smith and Bertha Parry Somes. Margaret was a 1943 graduate of Jordan High School and a 1944 graduate of CCBI. She was an account and treasurer at King Laboratories, Syracuse where she was employed for 40 years before retiring in 1986. Margaret was a member and former treasurer of Christ Church, Jordan where she was a member of the Friendly Circle. She was also a member of the Lincoln Cultural Association. Margaret was married to Clarence "Bud" Burton who died in 2003. She and Bud traveled to many places around the world. Surviving are a sister, Reba (Michael) Battaglia of Cedarville, OH; three children by marriage, Harry (Becky) Burton of Baldwinsville, Norma (Gary) Kratzer of Baldwinsville, Norma (Dan) Berry of Grapevine, TX; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a grandson, Brian Burton in 1991. Services: Saturday at a time to be announced in Christ Church, Jordan.
