Lawrence Ansell
Lawrence R. Ansell, 71, passed away at 4:30 am, Saturday November 17, 2012, at his residence with his family by his side.

He was born in June 21, 1941 in Carrolton, IL the son of Lester and Letha (Field) Ansell.

On November 9, 1962 Lawrence married Frances "Kay" Taul in Wood River, IL. She survives.

Lawrence served his country during Vietnam in the Navy Seabees. He worked at Owens Illinois for twenty-five years and at Olin Brass for twenty years. He took great joy in being a loving and caring husband.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one brother, Jimmie and his wife Karen Ansell of KY; as well as many other loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and four brothers, Lester Ansell, Sydney Ansell, Eugene Ansell, and Fred Ansell.

Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. Burial will take place at Valhalla Memorial Park.

Memorials may be directed to St. Anthony's Hospice.
