Petty Officer 3rd Class Lee Hamilton Deal, 23, of West Monroe, Louisiana died as a result of enemy action in Al Anbar province, Iraq. He was operationally assigned to Regimental Combat Team-5, I Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), and permanently assigned to 2nd Marine Division Fleet Marine Force Atlantic, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He is survived by his grandparents, Charlotte and Nick Hamilton, mother, Melanie Deal, and an older brother, Justin. His father Harry Deal lives in Sipan, Australia.
