Francis L. "Frank" Cooper, 81, was preceded in death by his father, Emory; mother, Inez and brother, Joe Cooper; grandson C.J. Hill, and one great-granddaughter. Survived by his wife Wanda, daughter Carol and husband Bill Odom of Spring, son Michael & wife Kay of Houston, son Frank Jr. of San Antonio, 6 grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, sisters Pat Grayum of Houston, Marjorie Wade of Hurst, Texas, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends whose lives he touched. Mr. Cooper was a Navy veteran. He worked for Dunn & Bradstreet upon leaving the Navy until his retirement. Special thanks to the caregivers at "Unlimited Care" for their love, compassion and excellent care.

Funeral services were on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Gateway Baptist Church in Spring, Texas, Rev. Rick Fowlkes officiating. Interment followed at Woodlawn Cemetery located in Houston. Memorial donations can be made to Alzheimers Research Association.
