Mable I. Fox, 86, of Madison, formerly of Brooks passed away September 30, 2013 following a long illness.

Born November 9, 1926 at Madams Creek she was a daughter of the late William and Grace Ellison Wills.

Mable was a member of the Hinton Church of Christ, a homemaker and lived most of her life at Brooks. She was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother.

Mable was preceded in death by her husband James A. "Jimmy" Fox; one son, James William "Billy" Fox; three brothers and five sisters.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Rita Richmond and husband John of Glen Dale and Jane Epling and husband Mike of Uneeda; six grandchildren, Heather Zamibto, Joey Epling, Jaime Blake, Sara Howard, Brad Epling and Brian Fox; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Lavonna Pauley and husband Eugene of Charleston. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Hinton Church of Christ with Pastor Gary Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Fox Cemetery at Brooks.
