Rita Mae Plumley, 76, of Hinton, WV was the daughter of the late John William and Hattie Ayers Adkins. She was a member of the Church of Christ, in Hinton, and she enjoyed gardening. She retired from the Summers County Hospital, Dietary Department, with 47 years of service. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Curtis, Ralph, John Jr, Calvin, and Lloyd Adkins, and two sisters, Donna Berry, and Janelle Whitten. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Fred Plumley, and a brother.
