Lester L. Miller, 2434 Mifflin St., died Thursday morning in the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was 64. He was born in Lebanon County, son of the late Howard and Lillie Bear Miller. Miller was retired from the Bethlehem Steel Corp. and was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, a life member of the Moose as well as a past governor, and a member of the Orioles and the RM Club. Surviving are his wife, Minerva Sonnon Miller; five daughters, Betty J., wife of Thomas H. Homan, Lindenwold, N.J.; Shirley A., wife of Ronald R. Whitman, Lancaster, and Carol F., wife of Reynold Artz, Terry L. wife of George Wilson 3rd, and Linda L, wife of Robert Ponting, all of Lebanon: nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Paul E.
