First President of the San Pedro chapter and State President of Alpha Pi Beta fraternity (past members of the DeMolay). Member of Point Fermin Lodge No. 558, F & AM, San Pedro. A Royal Arch Mason, a member of Knights Templar. Al Malaikah Shrine and the Los Angeles Harbor Shrine Club, Rotary Club, the Vikings of Scandia and USC Cardinal Club.
