Age 47, passed away December 27, 1985. Mr. Vincent had been a life long resident of the greater Lansing area. He was a graduate of Lansing Eastern High School and Lansing Community College, was currently employed by the State of Michigan Department of Management and Budget, and formerly worked for 24 years with Warren-Holmes & Kenneth Black Architects. He was a member of the Ingham County Kennel Club, Lansing Metro Aces Bowling League, Bay Haven Yacht Club of Holland, MI, Landing Power Squadron, and Our Savior Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy J.; 2 sons, Chris and Terry Vincent, both at home; step father and mother, Ralph and Sarah Evelyn (Vincent) Starkweather of Lansing; 1 sister, Mrs. Raymond (Shirley) Dane of Lansing; in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Waldemar Bork of Lansing. Religious services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel with Rev. E.F. Bickel of Our Savior Lutheran Church officiating with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday. Bearers will be Jerry Drake, Bob Stevenson, Eugene Frazier, James Sack, Fred Miller and Richard Stuckman. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, Stained Glass Window fund in memory of Gary H. Vincent.
