Age 83, died November 2, 1990. Born April 27, 1907 in Ottawa, OH, Mrs. Starkweather was a resident of the Lansing area since 1929 and the daughter of Joseph and Mary Ellen "Nellie" Cox Shondel. She was a member of World War I Barracks #235 Ladies Auxillary and a member of Judson Memorial Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a husband, Herbert Avis Vincent in 1964; and a son, Gary Herbert Vincent in 1985. She is survived by her husband, Ralph L.; 2 daughters, Raymond H. (Shirley) Dane and Evert (Jean) Bullion), both of Lansing; also daughter in law, Mrs. Dorothea Vincent of Lansing; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Gaynelle E. Doty of Columbus Grove, OH and Mrs. Myron (Mildred) Shilling of Ada, OH. Funeral services will be held Monday, 1 p.m. at the Gorsline-Ruciman Lansing Chapel with the Rev. Thomas G. Bayes Jr. of Judson Memorial Baptist Church officiating. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Gorsline-Runciman Lansing Chapel beginning Sunday, 2 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
