Myron D. Chilson

Myron D. Chilson was born December 12th at Galesburg, Ill., and died at his home in Marion, July 30th, 1922 at the age of 68 years 7 months and 18 days. He was the eldest son of Alexander and Harriett Chilson. He came to Kansas fifty years ago and settled on a farm near Marion. Ever since that time he has lived in or near Marion except four years he lived near Clary, September 7th, 1889.
He leaves his widow and one daughter, Mary Morland, of Clayton, N.M. and one brother, two sisters, having preceded him. He was converted 32 years ago and has been a consistent Christian though not able to attend services for a number of years.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist church here Monday, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Ross. Interment in Harter cemetery.
