March 29, 1895
BRYANT, G – G. Bryant, father of E.H. Bryant of this city, died yesterday morning at the home of Mr. Quillen, a few miles East of the city. He was buried this morning at 10 o'clock at Friendship. Mr. Bryant was 82 years of age and was a member of the Baptist church. He leaves many friends who will learn of his death with regret and to them and the sorrowing relatives The News tenders sympathy.
