Buried in Glenwood Cemetery in a plot with her sons, Charles W. Hurley, Ambrose John Hurley and other Hurley family members.
Caroline's first husband was Ambrose William Hurley whom she married in England. They moved to New York prior to 1837. They had two children, Charles William Hurley on 12 Jan 1837 and Ambrose John Hurley about a year or so later.
They then moved to Galveston, Republic of Texas sometime before 1841. Ambrose William Hurley died prior to 9/26/1841 as Caroline married George A. Branard on that date in Galveston. They divorced 4/11/1850.
Caroline's second marriage produced George, who was born 5 Jan 1843, Ellen, and Emily. All three children were born and raised in Galveston
