Kenney was born in Boyd and lived there all of life until he was drafted into the Marines.
Upon arriving in Vietnam 26 September 1968 Kenney was assigned to Echo Company, 2nd
Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division.
Survived by his parents, Kenney M and Vessie A Adams and his 2 brothers: Pete and Randy all of Boyd, Texas.
