Nelson, Devona 07/20/1923 ~ 02/16/2015 SIMI VALLEY, CA -- Devona Louise Nelson passed away peacefully in Simi Valley, CA. She was born in Eagle Bend, MN the second child of Louis and Grace Schwartz. Dee was the original super Mom and a trailblazer ahead of her time. A VP in the insurance industry who towed her own trailer across country numerous times, she was truly a remarkable woman. Predeceased by her son, Mike, Dee is survived by her children, Debbie and Steve along with her grandchildren, Bryan, Eric, Eden and Matt. Services will be held on Sunday, March 15th, at Greenwood Cemetery.
