Gilmer Sisk is the 2nd man & he has on a white hat!

Can see the P&N 5 & 10 Store? Gilmer's son Bobby went in that store & dropped a bottle of cologne that called Atomic Bomb. Bobby picked it up & dropped it & it splattered everywhere. He was so apologetic & the lady that worked in the store told him his Mother sure did teach him good manners & Bobby told her no it was Miss Wilham his 2nd grade teacher!
