CLARK WALNUT COVE Jimmie Friddle Clark Nov. 26, 1941 - Dec. 9, 2014 Jimmie Friddle Clark, 73, died early Tuesday morning, December 9, 2014 at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation. He was born November 26, 1941 in Forsyth County to Charles Henry and Minnie Friddle Clark. He retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company with 37 years of service. Jimmie was a man of few words, was an avid fisherman and hunter, enjoyed gardening and was a huge fan of the Tarheels and Dale Earnhardt. An 11:00 a.m. memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Burroughs Chapel with Rev. Bobby Roberson officiating. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Jimmie is survived by two children, Kimberly C. Richardson and husband Jeff of Madison and Angie Arno and husband Bill of Stokesdale; four grandchildren, Jessica Cannon, Kristen Atkins, Will Arno and Alex Arno; two great grandchildren, Brodey and Noah and one sister, Lynn Wade and husband Johnny of Kernersville. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Friday, December 12, 2014 at Burroughs Funeral Home, In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International, 824 Gum Branch Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28540 Online condolences may be offered at www.burroughsfuneralhome.com.
