Mr. Case graduated from Gray High School and retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company as Chief Mechanic with 38 years of service. He was a member of Urban Street Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, dad, and a son, Ronnie Case.
Surviving are his wife Nancy Stine Case; daughter Jan Lisenby and husband David of Rural Hall; four grandsons: Michael Lee Case and special friend Lindsay Self; Phillip Ray Case and fiancé Austyn Canada; Jacob Aaron Lisenby and fiancé Caroline Cody and Matthew Wade Lisenby; sister Carolyn Case, a special daughter-in-law, Kathy Case Beeson and her husband Dwayne and his special grand-doggie "Ernie Lee".
A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 24th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Salem Funeral Home, 120 South Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 25th at 2:00 p.m. at Oaklawn Memorial Park with Rev. Robert Motsinger officiating.
