After wandering alone from his home on Portuguese Bend Rd, Rolling Hills Estates, two-year-old Ronald Harter ended up in the yard of neighbors where he was found drowned in the backyard pool an hour after he was estimated missing. Heroic revival attempts proved unsuccessful.
This beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. William Harter was tearfully laid to rest on 15 Nov 1952. Besides his parents, little Ronald was survived by brother Lawrence William, 13, and a sister Carol Lynne, 7.
