Inscription: "Sacred To the memory of David Byers, Born Oct. 3rd, 1774 and died August 16th, 1863. He was a good citizen and husband and father. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church for more than fifty years. At the bottom there also is: "Infant of J.A. & E.A.B.
