She was born March 15, 1941, in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert E. and Josephine (Olsick) Anderson. She married Leo E. Glinskie Sept. 16, 1961, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Altoona.
Mrs. Glinskie was a member of Riggles Gap Bible Church.
She was employed at Puritan for a number of years and retired from Proctor-Silex Co.
Mrs. Glinskie was a 1959 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School.
She enjoyed her family and friends.
Mrs. Glinskie served on the Antis Township board of Elections.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years; two daughters: Cheryl Anderson and Kelly Stehley; a son, Mark Glinskie; three sisters: Marjorie Seilhamer, Lois J. May and Barbara Brown; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by sisters: Marian McMasters and Eileen Herron.
Memorial services for Shirley will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, by Pastor William C. Ice. Interment will be at Carson Valley Cemetery, Duncansville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
