William Lee Little, Sr, of Columbus, Kansas, passed away at the age of 65 at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin, Mo., of a massive heart attack.

He was born in Wentworth, Missouri to Charles William and Rosie Ruby Lang Little.

He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp in WWII.

On August 3, 1946 he married Betty Joe Wood in Columbus, Kansas.

Bill and Betty have eight children:
Wanda Lea Andrews of Columbus, Ks.
Barbara Jean Jeffrey of Elk City, Ks.
William Lee Little, Jr. of Columbus, Ks.
Betty Lou Burton of Columbus, Ks.
Bobby Gene Little of Columbus, Ks.
Jimmie Joe Little of Columbus, Ks.
Linda Lou Duree of Baxter Springs, Ks.
Judith Ann Smith of Columbus, Ks.

Two sisters, Arlene Baker and Velma Little, who died as a child.
