Reba was the daughter of John Dunn and Sarah Jane Swatzel, and was the youngest of 12 children. She married Isaac Lee Swanay on October 2, 1917, in Greene County, Tennessee. She and "Lee" moved to California after their marriage, and had three children, one of whom, John Lee Swanay, predeceased her. Reba loved cats and always took care of any strays who wandered up to her doorstep. She was a caring person and is greatly missed.
