Dorothy M. Morris, "Dot", 86, of Mays Landing, passed away on April 23, 2010. Dot was a lifelong area resident and worked in the local schools for many years. She was a member of the Hamilton Twp. Republican Club and the Order of the Eastern Star Dewey Chapter. Dot was a loving mother and grandmother.
She was predeceased by her daughter Joan Panza, and three siblings: John Risley, Charlotte Perri, and Arabell Prasch. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Robert "Bus" Morris, Sr.; three children: Alice Giunta (Paul), Patricia Mangiello (Joe), and Robert, Jr. (Natalie); son-in-law Lou Panza; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; her sister Caroline Pagliughi, and numerous other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, 9-11 AM, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, where services will be held at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Atlantic Co. Veterans Cemetery in Estell Manor.
