Joey, just like his furbaby brothers with whom he got along wonderfully, was a beautiful shepherd dog, well-fortified and always prepared to protect his home and his human, a quality that he shared with the other dogs in the house.
On December 27, 2008, he sadly lost his life when people broke into the home that he shared with his human and the other furbabies, deliberately hurt the dogs, set the house on fire and made sure that three of the dogs had no chance to get out of the house.
To this day, the human does what he can to fight for justice and he will never stop loving his furbabies.
