Mrs. Winifred Babcock, of Detroit, a resident of St. Clair for many years, died at her residence there last week and was brought here for burial on Thursday, December 7. The deceased was over eighty years of age and had been a widow since 1855. About twenty five years ago she moved to Detroit, where she has since made her home. She was a member of the Swedenborgian church and was always very devoted to her religion.
