{{Mrs. William L. Carter Died Near Collierstown.- Sept. 23 - Mrs. Elizabeth J. Carter, wife of Mr. William L. Carter, died Monday, the 21st, at 12:30 pm at her home near Collierstown. She was seventy-eight years of age and was before marriage, Miss Potter.

She is survived by her aged husband, who was paralyzed two years ago, seven children, thirty-five grandchildren and forty-two great-grandchildren.

She was buried yesterday at Collierstown, the funeral service being held at the home, the Rev. A. T. Graham, D.D., officiating.}}
