Married Connie Long Nov. 4, 2005 at Greencastle. She survives.
Also surviving are daughter PJ (Tony) Detro; step-children Zach Rooker and Katie (Braxton) Bragg; grandchildren Parker, Tori, Danielle, Jacinda, Cheyenne and Ricky; great-granddaughter Satie; siblings Steve (Jewell) Parker, Kathy (Jim) Cromwell and Lori Cating; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Richie Parker.
Attended North Putnam High School.
Took classes at Purdue University.
Worked at INDOT State Highway Department for many years.
Member of the Roachdale VFW Auxiliary and enjoyed volunteering at the VFW.
He enjoyed woodworking, spending time with friends and family and having a good time.
Cremation was chosen.
No services.
